We want you to love your Draper James purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or drop box; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
